Warranty Policy

At WJS Home, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture. To give you confidence in your purchase, we offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all new products, beginning from the date of delivery.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, WJS Home will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected item at no additional cost.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is covered

This limited warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural defects not caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty excludes coverage for:

  • Normal wear, gradual material aging, or expected use-related changes
  • Damage resulting from spills, pets, accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Comfort-related or subjective preferences, including cushion feel or seating depth
  • Natural changes in cushion shape, resilience, or softness over time
  • Fading, pilling, discoloration, or other appearance changes to fabric, leather, or upholstery
  • Wood damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, or improper handling
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or serviced by unauthorized individuals
  • Items purchased “as-is,” display models, clearance items, or pre-owned furniture
  • Parts or accessories not produced or supplied by WJS Home

Important Details

Please note the following conditions apply:

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with our care and maintenance recommendations
  • For multi-piece products, coverage applies only to the specific component confirmed to be defective
  • Custom-made or modified items may be subject to alternative warranty terms
  • WJS Home is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including inconvenience or time loss
  • Replacement parts are warranted for the remaining balance of the original warranty period or six (6) months, whichever period is longer

Include:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect

Legal Notice

To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to two (2) years.
