How does the 30-Day Trial work?
We want you to love your new sofa. From the day it's delivered, you have 30 calendar days to try it out in your own space. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange.
Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to any address within the United States and U.S. Territories.
How do I start a return?
Starting a return is simple. Just contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Please note that while we've made the process easy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived with a confirmed defect.

How long does delivery take?
Once you place your order, our team gets to work right away. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.
  • For smaller items (Small Parcel): Expect delivery within 5-8 business days after processing.
  • For larger sofas (LTL Freight): Expect delivery within 7-15 business days after processing.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your new sofa's journey to your home.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. A valid street address is required for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be in good condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Are there any return fees?
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied if the returned item has visible signs of wear, is missing parts, or is not packaged properly. We do this to ensure all our customers receive products in perfect condition.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Warranty

What kind of warranty comes with my sofa?
Your new sofa is protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers issues like structural failures, material defects from manufacturing errors, or problems that arise from substandard craftsmanship. It's our promise of quality to you.
What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (like fabric fading or softening of cushions over time).

  • Accidental damage, spills, or stains.
  • Damage from improper use or cleaning.
  • Any unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Furniture used in a commercial setting.

To make a claim, you must be the original purchaser and provide a valid proof of purchase.
