We want you to love your new sofa. From the day it is delivered, you have 30 calendar days to try it out in your own space. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange.
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to any address within the United States and U.S. Territories.
Starting a return is simple. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived with a confirmed defect.
Once you place your order, our team gets to work right away. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.
- For smaller items (Small Parcel): Expect delivery within 5-8 business days after processing.
- For larger sofas (LTL Freight): Expect delivery within 7-15 business days after processing.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied if the returned item has visible signs of wear, is missing parts, or is not packaged properly. We do this to ensure all our customers receive products in perfect condition.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (like fabric fading or softening of cushions over time).
- Accidental damage, spills, or stains.
- Damage from improper use or cleaning.
- Any unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Furniture used in a commercial setting.
To make a claim, you must be the original purchaser and provide a valid proof of purchase.
