Shipment Processing Time

Pre-Orders, Custom Orders, and Out-of-Stock Items
- Delivery Timeframe: For pre-orders, custom orders, or items that are out of stock, delivery times range from 4 to 10 weeks, depending on manufacturing schedules. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- Delivery Restrictions: We ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Damage During Transit: All applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. WJS Home is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping.
Damages

Damage During Transit: WJS Home is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photographs.
- Retain all packaging materials.
- Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We validate addresses with USPS; if an address cannot be verified, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot obtain a valid address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
- Refusal of Delivery: Large furniture shipments require specific return labeling and processes. Should a customer directly refuse a delivery without prior communication with WJS Home's customer service team, particularly if it leads to the absence of a WJS Home-provided return label, the package may become lost or detained, incurring significant loss. In instances of an unauthorized refusal, WJS Home will charge a service fee equivalent to 30% of the total order amount. To avoid unnecessary expenses, customers are kindly encouraged to contact the customer service team info@wjshomestore.com promptly with any questions or concerns regarding a delivery.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
- Non-Receipt of Order: If the shipping carrier reports that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it:

- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier, which may involve local law enforcement.
- Resolution may include a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to conclude.
