For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Small parcel orders usually arrive within 5-8 business days, while large furniture shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) delivery typically arrives within 7-15 business days after processing.

For pre-orders, custom orders, or out-of-stock items, the total delivery timeframe is usually 4-10 weeks, depending on the manufacturing schedule. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed after your order is placed.

Is shipping free?

Yes. WJS Home offers free shipping within the United States on all orders.

What if my sofa can’t fit through the door or stairs?

Returns & Warranty

Standard (non-custom) sofas are eligible for a 30-day risk-free return or exchange, provided the item remains in its original condition.

Custom sofas, which are made to order, are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, any manufacturing defects or quality issues will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

What should I do if my sofa arrives damaged or with issues?

What is the warranty period?

WJS Home provides a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal household use.
